Romania's DIICOT anti-organised crime prosecuting unit notified Tristan that an additional charge of inciting others to violence was added to his name on Monday, spokesperson Ramona Rolla said. The Tate brothers and two Romanian female suspects, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, are under house arrest pending a criminal investigation for suspected human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women - accusations they have denied. Andrew Tate's brother Tristan has been charged with inciting others to violence by Romanian prosecutors in a case where the siblings are accused of sexually exploiting women.
